Common Faults and Maintenance of High-Speed Disperser

The high-speed disperser, also known as laboratory high-speed grinding and dispersing machine, is applicable for both sample dispersion and stirring. The equipment shall be placed in a clean and dry area to keep tidy and avoid moisture. The ambient operating temperature shall not exceed 40°C. Strictly prevent foreign matter from splashing into the motor. No-load operation is prohibited when the rotating speed exceeds 4000 rpm.
When conducting experiments with volatile flammable media, strict containment measures must be implemented to prevent vapor emission, avoid deflagration of flammable and explosive gas, and prevent fire accidents.
The high-speed disperser adopts an electronic constant-power speed control circuit, which directly displays the spindle speed digitally. It is equipped with dispersion impellers and sand grinding discs. It meets various laboratory test requirements. Based on the correlation among displayed spindle speed, material viscosity and chemical reaction rate, accurate process data can be obtained for mass production.

1. No display on control panel
If the indicator light of the motor switch fails to light up during operation, first check whether the power supply is normal.

2. Motor fails to rotate
When the motor stops running during operation, check whether the motor is overloaded and whether rotating components are stuck, then troubleshoot accordingly.

3. Motor speed automatically rises to maximum and cannot be regulated
If the motor speed jumps to maximum and loses control, firstly check whether the gap of the photoelectric sensor is excessively large.
If no abnormality is found and the fault persists, remove the photoelectric sensor, clean excessive dust inside the sensor slot, then reinstall it correctly.

4. Unstable rotating speed with excessive fluctuation
In case of unstable and drastically fluctuating rotating speed:
First check the stability of power supply voltage, whether the motor load fluctuates violently, and whether air entrainment occurs at the stirring head.
In addition, slowly rotate the speed measuring disc manually for one full revolution, and verify whether the gap between the speed measuring disc and the photoelectric sensor is uniform.

5. Rotating speed cannot be displayed after startup
If the rotating speed is not displayed after power-on, press the Run key, then press the Confirm key until the digital tube shows the speed symbol to activate speed display.
