The precise stator and rotor geometric structure design of the GTC/GTS/GTE series enables the material to be fully sheared and dispersed in the area between the stator and rotor. There are multiple sealing methods, which can work under conditions of up to 10 bar pressure and 160 ℃. The GTC/GTS is a batch type top-mounted disperser, and the GTE is a bottom-mounted disperser.
The GTC sealing form is divided into two types: normal pressure KT type and pressure-resistant KD type:
> The normal pressure KT type shaft seal, up to 2.5 bar.
> The pressure-resistant KD type mechanical seal, up to 10 bar.
GTS adopts a hygienic grade design and is suitable for industries with high hygiene requirements. The drive shaft uses ceramic bearings, which are strong and stable.
GTE is suitable for bottom installation of the container. It is mainly applied to working conditions where strong water surges and bubble generation must be avoided, and is particularly suitable for working conditions where there is only a small amount of liquid in the container.
The equipment structural design is reasonable and easy to maintain. The seal is durable with a long service life and is suitable for various harsh working conditions. The types of seals are as follows:
The GTC/GTS/GTE series has multiple stator and rotor options, which can meet various mixing and dispersing needs.
The shaft and the surface of the stator and rotor can be customized with materials or other surface treatments according to the requirements.
