The GF/GK series mixer is a mixing equipment with extremely high cost performance. The motor is directly connected to the mixing shaft, and the structure is simple, which makes the machine reach the optimal performance output.
The GF series is suitable for vacuum/pressure environments, with a standard pressure resistance of 2.5 bar, and the highest can reach 10 bar. Since it is used in a sealed pressure-resistant container, the GF series mixer needs to be equipped with a connecting flange.
The GK series is suitable for normal pressure environments, and a lifting bracket can be selected for fixed installation, which is convenient for adjustment and movement.
Both kinds of mixers can be equipped with different types of motors, mixing blades, and seals according to the requirements of users.
The GFG/GKG series mixers, the motor reduces the rotor speed through the reduction gearbox. Because of the lower speed, combined with the anchor paddle or screw belt paddle, it is suitable for the mixing and stirring of high-viscosity materials. In addition to the above standard mixing heads, we also provide the customization and design of various non-standard mixing heads. It can be configured with lifting brackets, ordinary variable frequency cabinets or explosion-proof variable frequency cabinets according to customer needs.
