The GR disperser is composed of multiple layers of stators and rotors, and its shearing ability is stronger than that of a single-level pump. It is mainly used for the preparation of micro-emulsions and ultra-fine suspensions. After the emulsion is sheared at high speed, the particle size distribution of the finished product is narrower, the emulsion is more delicate, and the stability of the generated mixed liquid is better. The machine is equipped with a variety of dispersion head (stator + rotor) combinations to meet different process requirements. The disperser has no dead corners and can discharge materials at the lowest point at the bottom to meet the SIP and CIP requirements.

modular design, which is very easy to
replace and maintain, and is suitable for
different process applications. Different
models of the high-speed shearing machine
GR have the same linear velocity and shear
rate, which is easy to scale up production. It ensures the stability and consistency of the materials after the equipment is scaled up.
The GR series has the same expandability as the GS and can be matched with different stator and rotor combinations.
