The GMX series solid-liquid mixer has a special design for the rotor. During operation, it can generate strong suction to suck the powder into the working cavity, and at the same time, the liquid is also pumped into the working cavity. When the two phases come into contact instantly, the powder is dispersed.
After the powder is added, the feed inlet is closed, and the mixed liquid continues to circulate and disperse in the cavity. According to the product requirements and the properties of the powder, a very high solid addition amount can be achieved.
In the process flow of powder treatment of the GMX series solid-liquid mixer, dust-free addition of powder can be realized, and it can be quickly mixed with the liquid without agglomeration.
